The participants in Transumo are from private parties, government, national research and development institutes, and the academic world. This way, the consortium bundles, develops, and implements the best knowledge and experience from these sectors. Cooperation enables realization of solutions that cannot be attained by any of the participants autonomously.

An important number of private parties active in the mobility field take part in Transumo. Apart from associations that represent certain lines of businesses, and consultants, these are carriers, shippers, (air)ports, banking companies, leasing agencies, project developers and contractors, ICT developers, suppliers, traffic industries, etcetera. Of course, the consortium is open to other innovative companies and to government.
